Want to stop Pop
We brought 2 cases of Coke, and 1 of Sprite up to camp this weekend, we bring pop (same as soda, or cola for those non-Canadians) up every year for the staff. It’s always good, and we ussually have lots left over. But this year, we ran out before the second last day. This meant a a bit of withdrawl, and an overwhelming sense of fatigue. So, I want to stop pop. Stop drinking it, COMPLETELY. I’ve tried before, but then I convinced my self it was okay just to have non-caffeinated pop, and it soon didn’t matter, cause I drank it all. So, this time around, I’m making my commitment public, and if you ever catch me slacking, I want you guys to get on my case. It’s going to be hard, but I think pop is a big factor in my constant battle with fatigue, and poor sleeping habits. So here goes nothing!

[...] I miss the sweet taste of Vanilla Coke. There it sits, in my fridge; everyone having it when the choose. But, sleep does keep my mind off of it. But of course, since I’ve been off pop, and then the pure sugar I’ve ingested in the form of freezies, my sleeping patterns are WACKO. I sleep for a bit, I wake up, do stuff, and soon go to sleep a few hours later, than repeat. Oh well, it will take some getting used to, but I’m sure thing will be worked out when school starts in September. Any ways, pray for me.
